Wbl's summary of event at Drummonds 15th of September

On 15th of September 2022, we had another incredible ‘in-person meeting’. This was a meeting that was very special on different levels. As always, wonderful energy was created by the attendees, who appreciated the magic of the special place and
the timing of the event.

Our networking was held at Drummonds, one of Britain’s oldest private banks. Its history stretches to the beginning of the 18 th century. Through the years, its diverse clientele included politicians, artists, scientists, writers, royalty and kings. The splendour of Drummonds is seen in every corner. Our guests visited a
private room where Queen Mother saw her bankers. We met the Butler in residence, who was very knowledgeable and told us about the history of the building and the royal connections with the Poles. The guests could sign the Visitor’s Book and pay their respects to the Queen, who had sadly passed in the preceding week. We were extremely lucky to be in this place during the time of national mourning. This was the
time for reflection and realisation of what an incredible woman the Queen was. What a true trailblazer with an amazing work ethic.
Drummonds is owned by Natwest Group, who made this evening possible and special. Natwest is known for its support for entrepreneurial women and offers a wide range of services to help them succeed in their businesses

Our members and attendees of the WBL’s events often receive additional value through educational and inspirational presentations. This time there was no difference and Martin Rothwell from GottaBe!Marketing explained how to be a KPI, i.e. a Person of Key Influence on LinkedIn.

As always, special thanks to our Partners:
