One simple tip how to cope with stress.

Stress has always been present in human’s life, however, the research shows that the last years have even increased the exposure. In those times of incredible changes, we are a part of the global pandemic of fear…. That affects as deeply, consciously, and unconsciously. Whether we like it or not, it affects us all.

Now, as conscious people we would love to think of ourselves, what do we do with that accumulated stress?

Usually, we unload by drinking, smoking, eating and many more demoting habits. Few will go for a run or meditate … the rest of us are overloaded by work, things what we have to do, children, relationship issues, survival etc…

I would love to invite you to turn to a gift that you already have and it’s most precious and that’s BREATH. Breath of life. I’m going to share with you very simple breathing technique from my amazing kundalini yoga technology. A little secret that you may apply, and it will serve you in every situation, everywhere.

This Art of Breathing, that pranayama will release tension, pressure, and accumulated stress in few minutes, you’ll feel deep release, you’ll relax and rejuvenate your entire being. It’s very simple. You don’t need to be a yogi to practice that. Kundalini yoga is for householders, for ordinary people that can dig out from their very busy lives just few minutes and that’s enough to start you off into peace within, into mindfulness, into presence of divine within.

Do you want to improve your life, learn how to cope with stress?

My invitation is here. Try it. It may change your life into truly delicious journey free of suffering. All tools are already within you. Try it on your own or join my daily practice of “Rise and Shine”.
